To give moral, civic and financial support to the Fire Department and, when possible, to other qualified charitable or educational organizations selected by the auxiliary.
The St. Johnsville Fire Department Auxiliary was formed on September 22, 1942 with 24 original members. The criteria for membership has changed slightly over the years but today, anyone over the age of 15 may become a member. No affiliation to a Fire Department member is required. There are no dues.
Monthly meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00 pm at the Fire House meeting room.
